Hi there,
Today I noticed the new arrange option and it's not nice for my current workflow. In our workflow I receive final projects with components ready to be routed. I have to nest these components onto the stock and I use the arrange option for this (we do not have the paid nesting extention). When my stock is full is create component and sub-components to keep track of which component belong to which project.
In my example screenshot I show 2 projects but most of the times there are 10+ projects, using multiple stocks.
With the new arrange option I have two issues:
1. Because it now automaticly creates a copy, I cannot keep track of which components I already have placed on the stock.
2. I can no longer create sub groups to keep track of which components belongs to which project. Now all components are placed in an arrangement.
I would like to hear any suggestions to help my workflow.
