Need some validation with a slider margin and choice of materials
So I'm building a little gear lever but I'm not sure my design will work as I have no experience with this.
I'm using a slot pin design where the pin = 6mm and the slot = 6.50. Ideally that would be also 6 as I do not want any wiggle but from what I understand I need to have some space to have no friction.
I'm also a bit stuck on materials. what kind of aluminium would you suggest I use for this?
