So I’m trying to design a swim bait eventually I’ll get into the tricky details like scales and fins but for now I’m struggling just to get the body right.

I created the bait by drawing splines then push/pulling them out, it made the general shape I’m looking to accomplish. Now my issue is rounding everything off the tail for instance is square when I would like a more paddled design as well as the belly. Is there a method to do this or is this work flow just incorrect for what I’m trying to accomplish? Also I’m not nearly as smart as half of you guys so if you could do your best to dumb down the answer I would greatly appreciate it lol thanks!

edit: I tried the fillet tool I was able to blend the boot into the tail more I’m happy with those results but the boot itself is still square.

Think to yourself, if you were the Fusion 360 expert and someone gave you a single picture to diagnosis an issue with your model, how would you feel.  You probably would laugh and skip the forum post to go to another.  Please attach your model!   If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.

I apologize I didn't realize someone would open up the actual file and tinker with it. I thought my question was a broad statement on work flow. I was able to figure it out rather than manipulating a push/pull cutout I manipulated a square to fit my spline design. I did attach the file to this reply so if there is a smarter or easier way to acoomplish things of this sort id greatly appreciate it. This is literally my first attempt at designing anything and as with most things there is a right and wrong way.

I have an example for a different modeling approach, take a look at the attached file. You could use a loft to archive a shape like yours, I created some offset planes and sketches on each plane. By altering the plane offset from the timeline you can vary the length, and you can alter the sketches even directly in the 3D view by grabbing a point from these basic shapes which then get lofted. You can even alter the rectangles to circles and like that, you have a better parametric design, but that's just one of 100 ways to accomplish what you want to do.
