Need Help with Sketch Constraints in Parametric Model

I am trying to design a parametric cabinet for my mom. When I attempt to sketch the crown molding, it doesn't want to move with the height of the cabinet. When I try to use the coincident constraint, it alters the original profile of the shape. Any help is greatly appreciated.

To do it in a single sketch the way you want you would have to dimension every aspect of that spline to some point on the rest of the molding profile.

might be easier to put the profile in a separate component.  you can just put the sketch in there if you want.  joint it in place, extrude it to the length you want.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I ended up redrawing the crown profile using only lines and arcs. Then I dimensioned everything until it turned black. This seemed to solve the issue.

Hi,

i like to use the controlpoint spline because it is easier to determine.
