Need help with meshing in simulation!

I am unable to mesh a chair because of 2 errors,

SOLID MESH ERROR

Phase: Solid Meshing 

Description: Missing triangle  

AND 

SOLID MESH ERROR

Phase: Solid Meshing 

Description: Self Intersection 

How do i go around fixing these in particular the self intersecting aspect?

Is this native Fusion geometry that you created, or is this imported geometry of unconfirmed quality that someone else created?
