need help with a custom case workflow.

I want to build a custom case for my raspberry pi PC. I am a noob at Fusion 360.  I can get a box drawn for the dimensions of the case, however, I'm not even sure where to start to add the HDMI power source and 3.5mm audio jack. The aluminum enclosure I want to use can be found on eBay and I have already purchased it. the dimensions are 203x145x68. Thanks for the help!!!

here is a link to the box file i started also http://a360.co/2tPC6dv

Hi,

There isn't really any special workflow for this

Basically you can create a box and then use some fillets on the edges, then use the shell command in order to get a hallow box

Other than that, like openings, USB plugs and power source, they can be created simply by sketching them then extrude cut

If you have a specific part that you can't achieve in Fusion please let me know, or if you want I can create a screencast of what I mentioned above for better understanding

Regards

Best regards! Basically the method of working is how say @SaeedHamza in the previous comment, it would be good to see an image of your PC to help you a little more where exactly should be the USB and audio jack ports, here I attached an image I found about what I suppose you want to do.

I already have the case, but I need to design around it. do I need to create the case in fusion first to design around it? I have attached a few more file to give a general idea of what I am trying to accomplish with the case. thanks for the help.

Typically you should start with a canvas and then calibrate it ( scale it ) on the box, then start a sketch on the same face the canvas is to extrude cut
