Need help to round inside corner

I have attached file.  Body 2 intersects the large block of body 1 resulting in a 90 degree inside corner.

I need to round the inside corner (intersection).  Nothing I tried has worked.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

If this is the edge you want the fillet on, you have to combine the two bodies before applying the fillet.
