Need help making this indent

Hello All,

I need some guidance on how I would go about making the small recessed area I am pointing to in the image. I have also attached the Fusion 360 file.I thought that sweeping a circle along a path may work but I can not offset lines on the body. It's approximately 1mm deep

here's a screen cast.  I didn't put fillets in the initial sketch, but it would look better with them.  This is one of the rare cases where a fillet in the sketch is needed.
