Need Help Connecting Two Sketch Lines in a 3D Sketch

I'm new to CAD and trying to do what I thought should be a simple thing.  I have a 3D sketch I am working on.  There are two lines whose endpoints I need to connect to each other.  The vertical line is set to the dimension it should be.  The angled line whose end point is in the construction rectangle in the attached sketch needs to be extended/moved so its end point is connected to the vertical line.  The angled line's angle can change as needed but it's origin (the end point outside of the construction triangle) needs to remain where it is.  I tried the extend tool and the move option to no avail.  When I did try the move option, the angled sketch line ended up extending far out from where it should be and curved back to the area where the vertical line is.  I have given myself a headache trying to figure this out.  Can someone please explain how I can correctly join the angled line to the vertical one?

Is this the correct solution you desire?  Model attached.

Yes, that is what I am looking for. Can you please explain how you moved the angled line?  I tried stepping through the timeline but it doesn't show the steps.

Edit the sketch containing the line, remove the dimension on the line at an angle, select the Coincident Constraint,  then pick on the endpoint of the line and then the endpoint of the dimensioned line.  Video has no sound.
