my free startup subscription has dissapeared

I opened fusion 360 today and it says that my trial has expired. when i go to my account the startup free year fusion 360 subscription i got last month is gone and there is no record of it? I am locked out of editing.

HELP:)

@Anonymous 

 

You should be able to click on the 'Term Expired' red button on the top right and go back and select the StartUp license again.

Let us know if that works.

I did that. then i exited waited a couple of minutes and ren it agian and it still says it is expired.

I saw that this morning as well and has to specify StartUp twice. Please try it one more time and if that doesn't work, we'll take a look at the account.

@Anonymous Any other ideas? I saw the same thing happen to me this morning as well.

it still does not work. i tried the whole process again and then restarted. It still shows expired.

Hi Quentin,

 

We're struggling to reproduce what you are seeing.

So that we can dig a little deeper, could you forward some log files from your machine by using the 'Diagnostic Log Files' command, which is under the help (?) menu.
