Multiple bodies while extruding in form mode from a sketch

I'm trying to create a vase using form mode, but when I extrude the sketch in form mode, I get multiple bodies. Although when I extrude it in solid mode, I get a single body. I'm trying to achieve a single body in form mode.

It depends what you select to extrude.  If you select the profiles, things should get merged into one body.  However, if you select the chains of boundary edges, each chain will produce a single body.
