Moving a circle sketch inside another circle sketch moves both circles

I drew a square sketch element and in the centre of that a circle and in the centre of that another circle. I am trying to move the inner circle and leave the outer circle and square where they are. When I try to move the inner circle, the outer circle moves with it but the square stays in the same place. Why is the outer circle moving?

Thanks.

The round little thing in the middle(left side of the move point) looks like the concentric constraint delete that and it should move unless there is a coincident constraint there as well, just moving the cursor around the center and it should show them and then you can just delete it.

You can put the constraints back latter your self.
