Move Bodies Together

I'm making slow but steady progress on my modelling of a SailGP F50 catamaran, thanks to the help from forum members when I get stuck.  🙂

The F50 uses a solid "wingsail" which like an aircraft wing comprises both a wing plus a flap. This wingsail is constructed as 4 separate sections for both wing and flap, and is 24m total in height. It has been designed so that one section can be left out in strong winds, which reduces height to 18m.

I've lofted the sketches to get one body for the wing and one for the flap, for the full 24m configuration.

For the 18m version, I've used two bodies for both wing and flap each. I'm looking for a way to "move" or link the 2 wing bodies together, same for the 2 flap bodies.  Some videos etc discuss making the bodies into components and moving them, but I'm not clear at all re this.  Found an AutoCAD link for more info: "difference between components and bodies" but the link is dead.

I don't want to mess up my project out of ignorance, so can anyone suggest how I should go about this, or point me to a useful resource pls?

Sorry, my bad.  😞   I think I just clicked on the body in the display window, which selected just a face instead of the body.  This time I selected the body in the Browser, and moved it AOK.
