As the title says almost all of my sketch is constrained but all I see are blue lines.

Is there an option to turn constrained lines to black that perhaps I'm missing?

Attached is f3d file and a screensnip.

Thanks in advance!

The main issue you have is your sketch is not related to the model origin.  Once you have the sketch constrained to the model origin you can easily find the few other missing sketch constraints by left click drag on the unconstrained entities.  Model is attached.

The best way to find unbound areas is to drag the blue lines.

This will make it easier to visually identify the problem.

I made a video of the problem being solved.

The position of the fillet in the lower right corner is not finalized, so it is dimensioned appropriately.
