Modifying a grill knob

Hi All,

I found a Weber grill knob on Thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2449391 and it closely resembles the one I'm trying to 3D print in Cura for a Lulzbot Taz 6 printer using Windows 10.  In Tinkercad I can elongate the entire knob to the 65.532 mm length as designated here on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Weber-78960-Control-Genesis-1000-5500/dp/B0081H1VB6.... but Tinkercad doesn't seem to allow you to modify just the "stem" part - below the knob itself to 1 -3/8 length and 1/2 inch thick (wide). How could I do that in meshmixer? Thank you kindly

Why not convert the Mesh to a Solid Body and "Build" on that?
