Model cam slot in cylinder for machining in Turn-Mill with rotary capability.

Hi. I need to know how to go about modeling the cam slot in this cylinder, but in such a way that we can machine it in our Turn-Mill with Fusion's CAM functions.

End result needed: a "theoretical cylinder" such as a gage pin to passes through the slot. Our current model is not compatible with our machine capabilities.

We are putting this on a Nakamura-Tome WY100. I'm fine with extensions as needed. We don't have 5th+ axis capability. Rotary, X,Y,Z only.

@jrprogramming02

Rather than a STEP file-

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Sure. Here you go. If you need design history, I'll need to remake it. The full design contains proprietary information.

A Fusion file without history is essentially the same as a STEP file?

If this were my design - there would not be any blue lines or white dots and I doubt those splines would be in my design either.

I tried to pick up your dimensions and place the desired slot on the opposite face.  Please check them behind me.  Model is attached.

I didn't get the notification of your reply and missed it. Here are the specifications for the 2D sketch. We need to wrap this around the axis of the cylinder in such a way that we can machine it with a 3+ axis turn-mill. The file you submitted didn't replicate the results we're looking for, unfortunately. We'll keep trying!
