Mobile App does not show latest parts and folders

After yesterdays update, the module app for android is not showing the latest parts or folders.

Please let me know, I cant access my files and I tried in 3 mobile devices

Hi Jose, 

I'm sorry to hear about this issue.

Can you make sure there are no pending updates for the mobile app? I just want to make sure the app is the most up to date version.

Also, could you clarify which devices you are using so we can verify this issue?

Hi,

thank  you for the update May, 7 with some realy nice features (simple thread).

A date issue seems to tuch also the desktop app.

Here sorting the files and folders in the data panel doesn't work any more.

Sorting files needs manual update by switching to sort by name and back to date.

Sorting folders by date is not possible at all.

It is the same in my colleagues accounts.

Thanks for the update! I tested sorting in the data panel in the latest release but I do not seem to be able to reproduce this issue. See the below screencast for details.

Hi,

I created a sample project with the steps in the following order:

create folder A than B than C

create file "untitled" in Folder A

create file "B" in Folder B

create file "C" in Folder C

rename file "untitled" to A

change part A

create file D

create file E

Sorting by date still leaves folder C top although the file A (last update 9:36:46) was change after file C (last update 9:36:00)

Files E and D in the top folder are sorted correctly.

-Can you please confirm that you still can do not have an access to your files from the mobile app ? 

-Can you elaborate - is it for all files or just files from a specific folder ?

-Can you access your files from A360 web ? -> https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/active

Hello, All

I currently am having the same problem I have found nothing help full.

some of my old files are there, but new ones from a month ago are not I have the most recent version of the mobile fusion 360, and they show up on the web browser as well  

Any ideas of things to try.
