Mirror lines.
I think your problem is you have 4 sketches and you can only mirror objects in the active sketch. So you probably should have all this in one sketch.

If I edit your first sketch and add the mirror line it works as expected. Note, you might be better off extruding one half then mirror the body rather than the sketch. Symmetry constraints tend to slow Fusion down and best practice is to keep the sketch simple and use model features.

Looking closer at the design I think you should start with a rectangular box and sweep the profile around all 4 faces. See attached file.
