Milling af handle

Dear Autdodesk community,

I want to illustrate a handle milled.
I am having challenges in creating a 45 degree chamfer of the handle that would give the user an easier grab option.
Can someone help me understand if i am using the correct function?

Attaching my drawing.

This looks like a design problem to me rather than a manufacturing one, if I understand correctly. Perhaps you will get better help in the Design forum.

So you would

1. Create a mass
2. Create a sketch line (the oblong handle)
3. Sweep -> Cut the mass

Hi! There are multiple ways to create the shape. You may also leverage Solid Sweep, mimicking the machining process. Basically, create rod with a cone at the bottom. Then create a Solid Sweep cut with the tool along a straight line.

Many thanks!
