I could say "Sure". There is always a chance. 🙂
But I think it's better to get this in front of the right audience. This sounds like a CAM issue. Is that true?

Not cam related at all, 3D digitizing arm for reverse engineering parts... http://www.3d-microscribe.com/MX%20and%20G2%20Intro%20Page.htm

Got it. My main experience with CMM arms is via CAM applications when they are used for q.c.
I can say there is no current plan to add reverse-engineering CMM support to Fusion. I like the idea, have you posted on the Idea Station, or voted for a similar proposal? Other users might be very interested in this. Perhaps someone will chime in with their thoughts about this kind of technology and Fusion 360.
Looking into their site, they may not be in business, or at least haven't updated their web site in about 5 years. They do mention their own addin called MUS for "any CAD program that accepts XYZ input", but this quote makes me wonder how recent their development is:
"Platforms: Windows 98/NT/2000/Me/XP"
Thanks,
