Mesh and Bodies wont group to then export to 3d Print. Help!!!!!!!

I'm trying to Print this model in 3D, but the bodies won't group. I want to 3D print the model, so if I can get help, that would be amazing!!!

Very interesting workflow.

Simply right click on the top node in the Browser, then select 'Save As Mesh' from the Context menu:

Here it is with visibility turned on for all bodies:

p.s. Export from the file menu is broken for stls.  Use the Save as Mesh command instead.
