MCQ Answer ?

I want to know the answer to this MCQ. And, kindly let me know why this answer is correct. I have chosen concentric but it marks it as incorrect.

What is a MCQ?

I think it is poor question.

But reading it literally,

Concentric you would pick two circles.

Coincident you pick two (center) points.

Does it work the other way around?

(Pick two center points with Concentric?)

(Pick two circles with Coincident?)

Here is a third option, say the center point in question is a third circle.

The design Intent is to have the two circles (the geometric arcs) in the question pass through the center point of the third circle.  The only (single) option would be Coincident.

Actually, I am preparing for the Fusion 360 associate exam. And, there I found some ambiguity in the answer. I want to know the exact possibilities of the condition. Thanks, @TheCADWhisperer  for your kind explanation.
