Makerbot export errors

Hello,  I was trying to print my modeling by makerbot's Z18 printer ( i finished modeling cathedral with Fusion 360 )

i combined the separate bodies and made STL files out of it

but when i tried to "export" in the makerbot desktop software, the message pops up and export fails:(

"messages.build.error.UnicodeDecodeError

Export failed."

If you know why this keeps happening, can you please tell me the reason & how to solve?

I realize this it an older post, but since it was on the first page when I searched the error, I wanted to share what I have experienced.

I have had this error a few times using Makerbot's software. In my case it has always been related to unicode characters in the filename of the STL files. When I renamed the files in explorer, the error would go away. I do not know if this will resolve this issue or anyone else's, but it has worked for me.
