Make the outside of cylinder with two different inner dimensions equal

Hello. I'd like this cylinder to have a consistent outer dimension while retaining the different inner dimensions (it was made by lofting two different cylinders). I can not figure out how to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

not clear on what your asking.  do you mean you want a constant wall thickness? regardless, I think you'll be able to achieve your goal more easily with a revolve. see attached.

Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry I'm not doing a good job at explaining what I mean.

I don't want a constant wall thickness. I want the cylinder to look uniform from the outside, but still retain the existing interior dimensions.

I'll look into tutorials on revolve. If it does what I think it does, couldn't I just add a flat line to the profile that connects the top and bottom outside edge of the cylinder to create that consistent, smooth exterior while retaining the inner profile?

I figured out a (clunky) way to do it. I'm sure there is a better way, but this worked for my purposes. 

I drew a rough profile of the outer edge of the cylinder and connected the sketch with a straight line (away from the cylinder). I then selected the sketch and used the sweep tool. I used one of the outer rings for the path. This gave me the effect that I was looking for and maintained the inner dimensions of the cylinder.
