Mac cannot finish uploading saved file

Hi,

I am having an issue. I have been working on a file but it will not upload completely when I save it. It worked fine yesterday but today it just won't finish. Also the project browser is really slow and unresponsive. I have to kill my wifi (disconnect internet) just to work.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

J.

Hi @Anonymous - unfortunately this is likely related to the service outage we're currently experiencing, mentioned here.  Are you able to work offline in the meantime?

@Anonymous - can I work with you on this.  Please feel free to contact me at brent.espenship AT autodesk.com.

Most likely, there was a glitch in the upload process (without more information, I can't say for sure why), but you data should still be available in a local cache, even if the upload is hung.  If you can't contact me directly, can you send me your log files?  https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-manually-collect-the-log-files-for-Autodesk-Fusion-360.html (application log files)

Thanks and cheers,

I'm having the same problem.

All of the sudden it's throwing up "Read access denied" and "Security Error" when I try to access my drawings while online.

Works fine while offline, however.

Problem at the server end perhaps?

Same problem here. Any way you can give us an idea of time frame until this is fixed? This outage happened in the time between me traveling from my work computer (where things were working fine) to home.  Need access to files from my home computer before I can work offline.  Also seemed to happen right after updating but could be wrong.

Thanks.

We have started deploying the fix to impacted servers, so a rough estimate is within an hour.
