Lost Version

I have been using the Fusion 360 Trial for a couple of weeks and yesterday I had made a day full of changes to a model created a few days before. At the end of my changes, I saved the file. I then proceeded to save out renders and an exploded view animation. I again closed and saved the file. I also created a couple of drawings. Again, saving when I was done. A few  minutes later I realized I needed one more view rendered and re-opened the model - it had reverted to where I started that day and lost all of my changes. I have checked all versions, all others of which are from a few days earlier.

This is not a great way for a trial eval to go and is extremely frustrating. I have checked the online files - same exact files and versions are there. Is there any hope of recovering all of my changes?

@Anonymous

I am having the same issue today, I wonder if there are still server issues. Check and see if your files uploaded like this:

You have to check on the computer you created them on. With all the trouble yesterday I bet they didn't upload.

Unfortunately, that did not work. I have no pending uploads. Thanks though!

Sorry to hear about the difficulties with the saving. Could you upload a copy of your diagnostic log files for us to review?

One tip that may be helpful is to go into the Work Offline mode. After doing this, try opening the design from the data panel. This will be the files that are cached locally on the computer so you should be at the same computer you made the modifications on.

I hope that suggestion helps. I look forward to your reply.

Thanks,
