Lofting a pipe

I'd like to loft between two pairs of concentric circles to make a pipe whose wall thickness is the difference in radii of each pair.  The loft tutorials I've seen all produce solids or surfaces, nothing hollow with a wall of finite thickness.  Is there a way to do this?  I've tried in my own design but always get a solid.  I'd include a screencap, but my drawing is sufficiently complex I've found it hard to display what I'm trying to do.  I'll try to divide it up into more sketches so I can turn visibility off for some things, if necessary, but thought I'd check here first to see if there's a simple solution.  Thanks.

Loft uses Solid profiles but you can do an outer solid loft and then an inner solid loft then use combine cut. Your post had no attachment.
