Loft with one face and two rails?

I'm not quite sure how to describe my goal, but I'll do my best. See attached image.

I'm trying to finish off the shape of this cylindrical piece of wood with a foot. If I'm not mistaken, there is only one shape that would make that cylinder cone in according to the (somewhat asymmetric) angled lines in the 2D drawing there. The problem is that one line is longer than the other, so dividing it in half and revolving won't fill in the whole thing. I thought the Loft tool would be the move, but it doesn't seem to work with the lines I'm working with.

What's the best way to go about this?

Circle on the base line? will be a loft from both faces, and you won't need the twp side lines.

I ended up trying just that, but it caused problems down the line with re-dimensioning things. Basically, I want to constrain the taper by the angles of the lines themselves, rather than locking in the bottom circle first.

Connect the new circle to the line end points, they will determine the diameter.
