Loft, sweep, or other?

I have a fairly simple design that I made but forgot to save it and I have to recreate it and for some reason I cannot get it to work right even though I made it work a few days ago. There is a base that is rectangular but on one of the sides, there is a small "bulge". I have the side profile created, but I cannot get it to work how I did previously.

I can use Sweep but it doesn't follow the bulge in front.

Or I can use Sweep with path and guide rail and it follows the "bulge" but the top is not flat, it has the "bulge" as well.

What did I forget already?

Change the Sweep option, Scale to Stretch.
