Loft problem

Hi, I've watched several videos about lofting, and it looks very straight forward, but I can't seem to get this shape right.  I'm trying to create a table model that lofts from a triangular base into a round top, but use a rail to keep the profile I want... the file is linked, maybe I'm missing something super obvious?  I haven't used lofting before so I'm not sure what the issue is.  I get a error that the rail doesn't pass through all the profiles, but I connected them in a 3-d sketch, so I'm not sure how else to make the rail pass through?  I'm also not certain how to constrain all the profiles to one center point, maybe that's a problem as well.  Oh well, any help appreciated, I don't know much about modeling in Fusion so I'm sure I'll learn a lot from any response. Thanks in advance.

For that I would just do a loft between the triangle and the first circle, then do a revolve of your profile.  I did not use the guide rail in the loft because you would need at least three to make a better loft and I think it works well without rails.

Ah, yes! *Slaps forehead* of course you don't have to loft the whole thing... Brilliant.  thanks so much.  So I'd need more than one rail, interesting.. I thought it would just follow that one rail symmetrically.  Good to know..  Thanks for taking the time, I appreciate it very much.
