Learn Fusion 360 tutorials problem

Up until 3 weeks ago, I was able to click the link in the tutorial videos and open the data file associated with the tutorial.

Now I am greeted by this error:

The URL looks like this:

http://fusion360//command=open&file=https://www.dropbox.com/s/8khidf3vfjz2w5m/Model_from_sketch%2520v1.f3d?dl=1

I can download the model file, but Fusion does not allow me to open a local file.

I am on a mac running OSX 10.11.6

Thank you for pointing to that.

Yes, the link you are pointing to is offline since the tutorial files

are now available in the hands-on exercises within the link here:

http://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/learn-training-tutorials/sketch

Dear Mike

I am wondering what is going on here? I have just introduced Fusion 360 software. Under the help icon, there is a Learn Fusion 360 link:

Clicking on the link takes you to this page:

Now you are saying that none of the tutorial links from the videos on this page work anymore because the tutorials are now in a different place?

If this is the case, can it please be fixed? I am sure I am not alone in having wasted class time and my own attempting to track this down.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thanks for asking. If you click on "Learn Fusion 360" in the Help menu, you will get to the right website.

I agree with you, once you are on that website it is tricky to find the tutorial files but you can just click on "Learn more" in each of the sections and

you will get to the "Learn" content of each "Section".

If you click on "Learn more" in the Sketch section you will get to the website which shows you the "Overview" video, the "How to´s" video and

the "Hands-on Exercises" with the tutorial files. You would probably have to scroll down to see the file right below the picture guide under "Start Exercise"

Every exercise has his own file and it changes by clicking on each exercise. You would have to download every single exercise file step by step for each exercise and each section.

I move forward for you and I have started to gather the tutorial file in a Fusion 360 project which you can download with this public link here:
