Since
Fusion 2.0.19994 x86_64 I can no longer add properties (general, physical or a parameter) - all I get is "dashes"
Leader Notes not functioning in Drawings
To state the obvious cause, the property you are trying to use is empty. I to get dashes is the property has no assigned value. Also, if you add a property value in the model, be sure to save the model to get it to propagate to the drawing.

Hi! This could be a corrupted font issue (AMGDT or AIGDT). Please uninstall and reinstall the fonts.
