Laptop requirements for Fusion 360

Hi

I'm new to Autodesk and was wondering if the HP Stream 14s-dq0034na 14" Laptop 128GB, 4GB RAM is good enough to download and run Fusion 360. I'm going to be using is purely for college/study so nothing too intense. I'm not too worried about screen size because I have a 23" monitor that'll I'll plug in so it's purely about the spec.

Here is what Autodesk recommends as minimum hardware for Fusion.

It might work, but there also is a web browser version of Fusion that is less dependent on hardware. I've never worked with it so cannot speak to its performance, or abilities and limitations.
