I have seen some great examples of knurled knobs out there using Fusion 360. Problem is, I have no idea how they did it. I find myself wanting to do this a lot and I am hoping someone can share their technique. Here is an example of something I need to have a knurled surface. It is threaded all the way through so turning it into the center of a 12 inch (305mm) threaded rod would be made easier with knurled surfaces. The threads are 8mm.

Are you looking just for appearance/texture or fully 3D modeled stuff ?

I made a screencast a while ago in this post, there's a parametric file a couple of posts below you might be able to use.

Thanks again Mark! That's what I was hoping for. Something that User Parameters were defined so the size can change.
