Just Starting need help

All new to CAD. When viewing tutorials my drawing seems not to be the same plane. They ask to pick a plane and my datum is reversed to that in the tutorials. So when I draw to the right the tutorial is drawing to the left. When i write text its as if I wrote on a piece of glass and then turned it left to right 180 degrees. Text is backwards and reversed. SEE ATTACHMENT FOR PIC

Also how do I delete projects and drawings I saved. I would like to manage my files in fusion.

It looks like your default model orientation is set to Z up, while the tutorial should be using Y up. You may try changing that in Preference to see if it works.
