Joints in static sims, and event simulations

After a good amount of forum browsing and googling, I couldn't find a way to get joints to work in static simulations. I'm trying to analyze the forces on a four bar linkage, but I can only seem to pin components to ground, not other links. Is there a way to make pin joints between components in simulation?

Furthermore, is it possible to perform transient simulations (sort of like event simulation, but not focused on impacts). I'd like to simulate the dynamics of forces, torques, and masses that are connected through linkages and get output stresses, strain, even BC forces, etc. w.r.t. time. Event simulation initially seemed like it was designed to do this, but (A) no torque inputs, which would be solvable if you could create motion links, but more importantly (B) I can't seem to rig up or import any joints from the design.

Interesting channel, but I don't see anything specifically addressing this question for Fusion. No?
