Joints, Contact Set, and Motion Study

I'm new to Fusion 360.  I'm wondering if anybody would take a look at my model and tell me what I'm missing in relation to completing a motion study.

When I try to spin the Head, the Gravity Center slides out even though I've set a joint limit on it.  That's my basic query.

Also, when spinning the Head, the bolts on the Width Slider disappears and warnings show up in the history slider.  This doesn't happen when moving other joints.  The bolt was booleaned to the Width Slider.

And of course if anyone can find ways that I could improve how I got to where I am now and how to improve what I already have, It would be most appreciated.

Hi @jonquesenberry,

On first glance, I can see that you have used Cylindrical joint for the Screws. That is something you shouldn't have done. All screws should be Rigid and ALL the parts that are not moving!

You can use the Rigid Group instead of selecting each part separately.

When you done correcting the above, please let me know if you still have the same problem. It will be great, if you could make a screencast.

I have noticed you are also using Contact Set, which is why the performance of the assembly was bad. Please use it only if you have to!
