I have reviewed the file now. I have reviewed both movies.
The file I downloaded has no problems in it that I can see. Drive Joint is a clunky way to review, use Animate Joint or Joint Relationships, depending on what you are testing.
John found something but was all working for me.
Fusion will handle all legally constructed Joints - but will not allow even a tiny misalignment.
Changing a Revolve to Cylindrical, is (laziness) often recommended.
Adding the flush Constraint, to a Cylindrical, means the Revolve was not flush in the first place - however the file was not in error, here.
The answer should be fix the misalignment (Edit selected position in Revolve Joint)
John mentioned an over centre problem, leaving it to you to fix, (with travel limits)
I have not delved into Constraints, because on the face of it you need 3 of them to construct a situation, that I can do with one Joint.
The movie you reference, deals with workflows, but, he does not have any misalignments either.
Might help….
