Joint to slide radially

Hi, I'm making these segmented sections that are lofted such that when they slide onto one another, they stop at a certain point. I want to add a joint to make them slide and see where it stops. How do I do this?

Revolute Joint from the centre of the wheel.

Joint limit can established by contact set until you get the reading.
