Join segmented ring

Is there a way to join these segments so that I can apply a fillet to the 10 'corners'?  I tried using Combine but that didn't change anything.  Right now if I try to apply a fillet I get a weird result -

Here is the drawing if that helps -

I have already glued the segments into a ring and need to machine it for a clock face that will go into the circle -

Thanks!

I wonder if you've got gaps between the segments. Care to share your file?

Well, I thought I had removed the gaps but when I zoomed in as far as I can go I see a very tiny gap.  What's the best way to get rid of that, short of redrawing the ring?

I can't open your file when I upload it for some reason. Anyway, I would try this: select each of those lines that are dividing the segments and make them construction lines (check box in the Sketch dialog, is the keyboard shortcut). If you've still got a closed profile (orange between lines), you can use that to extrude your body in two moves: one extrude for the outer ring, one for the inner ring. This way you'll know that you've only got a single edge at each facet that you can fillet. Hope this helps!

Thanks for your help, Jonathan!  Since there were only 10 joints I just zoomed in, removed the constraint, and joined the nodes.  It only took a few minutes and works like a champ.  But if you hadn't pointed out that they may not be connected I wouldn't have zoomed in far enough to see that.

Thanks again!

David
