Issues with Drawings Module, creating new Base views, speed assembly less than 200 parts

Hi I have been helped already with the issue, mostly bringing attention what is happening with the software after the last update, help has been there but not sure about solutions, because so far seems to be something out of the hands of support and I hope to bring the attention to the right crew that look into theses issues.

1- After last update, our files are struggling often to upload, very noticeable, I have tested in two computers from two different locations two different internet connections and I get exactly the same  Issue, some files get stuck uploading "sometimes" but uploading is definitely slow and a lot of times lately is definitely "struggling" to upload, have to re-open the file and then re-save.

2- Our models are not too big, but when creating drawings when we create the first Base View, it works, is not fast but it works, but when bringing a new Base View on the same drawings two things are happening:

2-2.- Drawings takes 4 to 5 times the time to create the new Base view

2-3.- The New Base View shows everything, Bodies, Parts, Components etc. but we are expecting to see a "copy" of the current assembly state, just like when we created the first Base view, this somehow may not be an error on the way the software works but definitely makes no sense that is not using the current Assembly state (showing only what we wants to show) and instead shows everything.

2-4.- 8 Pages drawing package, is taking us about 3 - 4 hours to work with because of how slow the software works with new views, sections etc..; That is only working with views and sections, no dimensions no text etc. we only create the views that we need and then we export to CAD.

Thank you for the attention and we are looking fwd. to hear from the right crew from Fusion because is becoming an issue that need to be addressed.

One more detail that I forgot to mention, is the handling of external models, we don't use a lot of neutral format models (.step) in our case, but we notice that Fusion struggles to handle these files, creating views from this files is almost not worth it, drawings takes long long long time to process and they "balloon" the size of the files, I understand that a file can be corrupted or have something wrong with it, but we notice that Fusion struggles with such files, even in relative simple files, we turn off the files for us to be able to work the models on the drawing module.

Hey @Felipe.G

Certainly not something we want to hear. I'm the customer advocacy manager for the drawings team so you've come to the right place. Hopefully we can figure out the route cause together and get it fixed.

I think it makes sense to set up a call if possible as this may be tough to solve here. Kyle's Calendar Link
Also if you're able to provide a data set that may help investigate prior to the call. kyle.williams AT autodesk DOT com
