Issue saving designs

Hello,

We are using AutoDesk Fusion 360 in our school.  I believe that I've configured our filtering system with the ports and URLs mentioned in a support document.  I've also configured the system variables for https and http proxy connections.  All data must go through the proxy server it cannot be bypassed.

Fusion 360 installs fine and users can login fine etc.  The issue is that users can't save files.  There is constantly a spinning circle and it never seems to save.

I've been using wireshark to work the issue out just to make sure everything is opened correctly.  The proxy server address is 172.16.0.100.

I've attached a screenshot image that, for some reason, shows that the some data trys to go to a specific IP address, and not through the proxy server.  When i check that IP appears to be an Amazon EC2 Compute instance.  When I access the site, the certificate it trys to present is from developer.api.autodesk.com

Is there anywhere else I need to be setting the proxy servers please.

Thanks,

Rob

Hi Rob,

So we can pin down the details of what you are seeing, could you collect Diagnostic Log files from one of the systems which is seeing issues and attach to this thread or send to me at matt.pooley@autodesk.com.

Hello,

I've noticed that if I change the proxy settings to override the "Windows network proxy setting", and then specify the proxy host and port address it works OK.

I'm not sure why leaving it to automatic doesn't work.  We use a proxy pac file, which Internet Explorer and Chrome work fine with.  The proxy pac file points to the same proxy host and port as I've manually specified.

Thanks,

Rob
