Issue/improvement for 2D Design from 3D model

Hi all,

when I put my 3D model into 2D design I see that, using Visibile Edges Style and Tangent Edges Off, some lines are missing (see the side view from the picture above).

In addiction, using Tangent Edges Shortened, it show me all the edges (see above). Is it normal?

Thanks, Nicola

Yes, this is the function and behavior of the Tangent Edges option.  You, unfortunately, have a model with a lot of these edges so it can be bothersome.   In the Sheet Metal component drawing below, it is a great feature to bring the folds forward in the model.

Hi @jhackney1972 , it could be useful if Fusion was able to handle better the tangent edges, to get a result like show below (I've draw the thinner lines manually)

Help with what? I thought that @jhackney1972's reply was the answer you needed.

Not really an help, but understand if it is an issue (the lines missing on the side view) so it need a bug report; or if it could be an improvement, so it can add to a wish list.
