Is there a way to incorporate infill options from the Fusion 360 slicer into the design process?

The slicer for printing to FDM printers in Fusion 360 incorporates the ability to generate a variety of infill patterns such as a honeycomb that I find pretty tedious to generate and use in design mode. Has anyone found a way to use this functionality in design mode?
To give an example, what I'd really like to be able to easily do is something like select concentric cylinders with a hollow in between and use a design tool equivalent of the infill selection in the slicer to fill the volume between the two cylinders with a honeycomb (or spheroid, or whatever) pattern that stays tangent to the relevant surfaces. I'm mostly printing with the Form 3 so I can print complex infill geometries with less of a print time hit than an FDM, and I can't really use the slicer anyway.
