I am trying to 3d print a model that has several separate pieces that are beveled.  I have been extruding and combing each piece separately and was wondering if there is a faster way.  I also need a faster way to fill in the pipes so they print more solid on my 3d printer.  Any help would be most apprieciated.

Yes, there is almost certainly a better way.

If you could post a model, maybe some pics, something to give us an idea what your talking about, you will most likely get some more specific answers.

If you want seamless pipe sections, try deleting the beveled faces.  Combine|Join the sections after deleting the faces.
