Is material browser Favorites not synced to cloud?

I work on different computers daily and my Material Browser Favorites library is not synced to cloud. What I see on my laptop pc is not there on desktop pc.

Here I found this topic that says it has been implemented... but does not work me.

What should I do to sync my favorites library materials to cloud?

It would seem that Appearances are the only thing that has been implemented to share using the Cloud.  I do not see the same indicator in the Materials dialog.

Can we make a feature suggestion for this one? 

it is logical to have it cloud based (like appearances / tools), and implementation shouldn't be too hard.
