iOS app: "Sorry: file not found or you don't have permissions to open it"

In the desktop app I save a file in  a certain team.  Can view the same file using the Web interface. Then open the iOS app and navigate to the file in question which shows up as having been saved/updated 2 mins ago. When I try to open the file get the error: "Sorry: file not found or you don't have permissions to open it".

Have tried a variety of things without luck. What's going on  and how to  fix this?

Hi, I'm afraid I don't remember exactly how this resolved. 2020 (4yrs ago) felt like early days for the iOS app and the experience was not so reliable. My attitude was that it was a "nice to have" rather than "essential" so spent no time debugging and just held out for further updates. Things are much better now, not just with the app but also (I have the impression) server-side. As usual, it's good that you flag any issues. In the meantime, as a workaround, could always try saving a duplicate of the file to see if that's browsable.
