invisible wall

Hi. I'm trying to make a cylinder but some reason I can't make it as much as I wanted. It's stopping in the  middle of the air. Why is this happening?

You have a Section Analysis active.  The cross-hatching is the giveaway.  Find the Section Analysis entry in the browser and turn this off.
