Invisible Faces on What Should Be a Solid Body

Could someone please have a look at the attached picture, showing some sort of problem with a model of mine. That is supposed to be a face on a solid body, but for some reason is not there. Is there something I have done incorrectly?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
