Installation problem

Hello all,

I am new here and my name is Rick. I have been viewing some of the videos on YouTube and thought I would give the trail version a whirl. When I try to install the file downloads ok, but when I tell it to run I get a real quick screen that flashes so quick I can't read it. It's something about streaming. Then nothing happens and never loads.

I am just a hobbyist, that would like to learn 3D, and maybe someday pick up a small CNC mill to play with in retirement.

Could you post a copy of your installation log file here?

Is there any anti-virus software running on your system? If so, could you try disabling it to see if make any difference during the install?

Do you run anti-virus software on your computer? If so, can you let me know which brand of anti-virus software you use?

When you run the installer, can you try right clicking on it and selecting Run As Administrator?
